STRIKE A POSE...A MATERNITY POSE

Hello everyone! I apologize I didn't get a picture up for Wednesday. So, today we will show 2 images. And yes they are from Sondra's maternity session at Neal Urban Studio!

I had to show her second outfit! We kept the same airy back drop, but Sondra chose a fitted style dress. So perfect to show off that belly! And we love accessories! Look how cute she is in that hat. 

We started with a little Michael Jackson style pose! (I know my title is Madonna, but Sondra was definitely striking a pose). And look at those heels! Sondra was still sporting her stilettos! She had some great balance in those heels too!

Keeping the same outfit and hat, we did a different pose. I love this too! It's so simple, but yet so gorgeous!

Maternity sessions are so beautiful and we have a lot of fun! We are so happy to be able to capture these precious moments.

GLOWING MAMA TO BE AT NEAL URBAN STUDIO

Another amazing image from Sondra's maternity session at Neal Urban Studio!

I can not get over how gorgeous Sondra looks! Don't get me wrong, she always looks stunning, but mommy to be, suits her perfectly! We kept with the light and airy feel for this image as well. Sondra was absolutely glowing. This style was a no brainer for her especially since they are expecting a little baby girl.  

We used the same back drop as we did for yesterdays image we showed you. This is just using a different wall and angle. We covered the windows with the flowy material to give a heavenly feel to it.

I don't even know what else to say about Sondra. She is just too cute for words!

MATERNITY MONDAY

Wow! Look at the gorgeous Sondra on her maternity session at Neal Urban Studio!

Sondra looks stunning! She is just the cutest little mommy to be in this image! Sondra's style was super light and airy. We decided to go with white, lightweight, flowy material for her session. We kept everything simple, so Sondra would really stand out in the photos. I won't lie, she had a very tiny belly! 

We had so much fun with Sondra at the studio. She did so well with posing too! She's not a first timer to the camera either. She also competed in fitness competitions and wants to start programs to help pregnant women stay healthy and fit during and after pregnancy.

I haven't gotten through all the images yet, and this is already my favorite!

FIRST DANCE AT SALVATORE'S ITALIAN GARDENS

Happy Friday and Super Bowl Weekend! We hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend!

Keith and Dana's first dance in the Venetian Room at Salvatore's Italian Gardens!

This image is beautiful! We love shooting at Salvatore's! The chandeliers are amazing to have in photos, especially in this room. We could take so many different angles using the chandeliers for the dances. They help to create stunning and timeless images. And the images all can look different depending on where we took the shot.

During the first dances, I always shoot a different lens than Neal. If he is taking super wide shots, I am in for the close up. Even though we could be standing next to each other sometimes, the images will look totally different.

I love this first dance image. I love the interaction between Keith and Dana. They were in their own little world (with a bunch of people watching)!

THROW BACK THURSDAY ENGAGEMENT SESSION IN CENTRAL PARK

We are taking you way back to Leyla and Michael's engagement session in New York City. We spent a few days with this lovely couple and photographed them all over the City.

This was Central Park day! We originally had a few different locations on mind for the Park, but did not realize at the time, how far away each place was. We only had a few hours to shoot, as Neal and I were flying home that day. So, we decided to just "go with it". Then we stumbled on this area of the Park. This was actually right near the giant fountain that is in almost every movie that has Central Park in it. 

There were amazing archways. When we walked to them, we had no idea there were mosaic tiled murals covering the walls and ceiling. Placing Leyla and Michael right in the middle was a must. I love the stairs in the back ground with all that natural light pouring in.

I am so happy Neal went into the archives and found this image!

WINTER WONDERLAND BRIDE & GROOM

Another gorgeous image of Keith and Dana on their January snowy wedding!

This image is just so beautiful! After the ceremony at St.John Vianney RC Church, we headed down the road to the Charles Burchfield Nature and Art Center. This was definitely a winter wonderland setting! I think the snow added even more beauty to the area.

Keith and Dana were having a great time too. It was a little cold (not horrible). Like I mentioned the other day, so worth being outside. Dana's added fur was perfect for the day as well. She looked stunning.

I think this is one of my favorites so far. I have a lot more images to go through. I am not even half way through yet! More to come!

DELAVAN HOTEL & SPA BRIDE

Well, we ended the night with Keith and Dana at Salvatore's Italian Gardens. But, lets go back in time when started with Dana at the Delavan Hotel & Spa (which is the new hotel at Salvatore's Italian Gardens if you did not know)!

The rooms at the Delavan are amazing to take photos in. The windows are massive! In this image, we do have the windows covered. But, how can you not take advantage of the "red carpet curtains". They created such a beautiful back drop. It also went perfect with the style of Keith and Dana's wedding. Everything was clean, classic, and elegant.

I absolutely love Dana's dress. She looked stunning! Her dress had a racerback! How fun is that! She is pretty tall as well, so it suited her perfectly.

This was just a fun and gorgeous bridal portrait of Dana before we brought Dad in for a first look. She looks amazing!

SNOWY WINTER WEDDING AT SALVATORE'S ITALIAN GARDENS

Happy Monday! Welcome to Keith and Dana's wintery January wedding at Salvatore's Italian Gardens!

This wedding was so exciting! Keith and Dana really wanted snow. Well, they got it! It was windy and snowy all day. We started off photos at the Charles Burchfield Nature and Art Center. It was defintely a winter wonderland there. We got some amazing images there (which we will show very soon)!

Then on to Salvatore's for the reception. Keith and Dana had an amazing reception and party. It was hard to take them away from the dance floor. But, we had to do one last photo shoot to end the night. The snow was coming down again. Thank goodness it wasn't as windy. But, all we needed was the open parking lot and lighting!

We could not think of a better way to end the night. Funny story... There was another wedding going on at Salvatore's. When we headed outside, we were in the other weddings territory but it was at the end of the night so there weren't that many people left. There were some guests outside smoking cigars. They were not expecting what we did for Keith and Dana. We had them out in the parking lot with the snow just coming down everywhere. Then came the comments from the peanut gallery. We heard a, "I hope it was worth it. Probably not!" Well, it was so worth it, that we had to stop and show the audience a little sneak peak of the image from the back of the camera. The response was completely different this time. They were shocked! Let's just say we left feeling really good! 

Congrats to Keith and Dana! Amazing wedding with an amazing crew to work with! Much more to come!

MIDNIGHT AT FLAT TOP MOUNTAIN IN ALASKA

It's Friday! And yes you read the title correctly. This image was taken around midnight.

Photographing Sheryl and Rob's wedding in June in Alaska had more perks than just the scenery. It did not really get dark. So, we got to shoot later and didn't have to rush shooting as the sun went down. 

After a full day of shooting in the most amazing locations on our way to Seward, we had one last stop on our way back toward Anchorage. Sheryl and Rob kept mentioning Flat Top Mountain. They said the view was absolutely amazing. And for a bonus, you could see the City of Anchorage in the distance. We had to stop!

We were so glad we did. Look at how beautiful this image is! No matter where Sheryl and Rob stood, the view was breathtaking. Sheryl and Rob were having so much fun. This day couldn't have ended better.

Ex-Buffalo Bills Head Coach, Rex Ryan's home is for sale!

We had the pleasure of taking photos of his home this past weekend. All I can say is wow! Before we started, we got to tour the home with Amy Pfister from Realty USA. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The house felt so warm and welcoming. Did I mention the house is giant! 

We lucked out on the weather as well! It was about 60 degrees outside. For a shoot outside in January, I'll take it! We waited until sunset to take the exterior photos. The sky was beautiful. As it started to get darker, the house looked even prettier. The interior lights were on and gave the house a warm glow. Just gorgeous!
