WEDDING DRESS FUN BUFFALO NEWBORN SESSION

Here is another image from baby Reagan's newborn session at Neal Urban Studio!

Reagan is here with her sister Jenna! Mom wanted to have her wedding dress included in some of the shoots. Why not have Jenna in the dress! It was so funny watching and trying to get Jenna to stand in mom's wedding dress. At first, she really didn't want to be in the "princess" dress. Then dad steps in and tries to get a foot in the dress to show her it's ok! After that, she was all smiles and posing.

Meanwhile, little Reagan was just sleeping away on top of the train of the dress! This was such a cute newborn session. I loved how we got to have both kids in some of the shots. I think this is my new favorite!

ALL AMERICAN BRIDE

We had the pleasure of doing a photosession at Neal Urban Studio with Rachel. She saw our set Neal posted and wanted to have photos done in her wedding dress!

What a great idea! Rachel was so much fun and was the perfect model! I absolutely love this image. She looks stunning! The set looks amazing with her in it! The set is a dark set so Neal added some dynamic lighting to match the feel of a bride in that room. The way the lighting is hitting her veil, is just gorgeous!

Friday Night Lights!

Katie and Matt are getting married! September of 2018!

We had an amazing engagement session this past Friday night! We started off at Fort Niagara State Park and got some gorgeous portraits by the water! Then we headed to Sal Maglie Stadium! Now if you played Hyde Park Baseball, you definitely know this Stadium. This part of the session was at about 10:30 at night! We waited for a game to finish and then we took the field!

Look how cute Katie and Matt are! They had baseball jerseys made with the last name and date on the back. This was such a playful shoot! Matt plays baseball and is a big fan of the Yankees! (As you can see from the color of the jerseys.)

I love everything about this image. This has always been a style of shoot Neal has wanted to do, but never had the opportunity. When Matt & Katie said they wanted to incorporate baseball jerseys, Neal tossed the stadium at night idea and they just happened to have a connection to make it a reality! Thank you Mary Jo & Neal from Sal Maglie Stadium for making this happen

Vintage Buffalo Newborn Shoot

Well.. Isn't this just precious! Welcome baby Reagan! 

Reagan and the family visited Neal Urban Studio this week for newborn photos! I only just started to take a look at them, and we fell in love with this. We had to share right away! Look at that little tutu! She looks like a little puff ball! I love it!

After a few cries to start, Alyssa had Reagan super calm and fast asleep! We got to do a few different sets and series of images. It was great!

For this, the blue antique couch was calling out, "I need to be a part of this shoot." I knew when mom and I were in talks about ideas, this couch was going to be perfect for Reagan! We added in the chandelier and it brought such an elegant feel to the shot!

Reagan was definitely ready for her close up!

A "Winey" Newborn Session

Happy Friday all! Welcome to the world Henry Salvatore!

Look at this little guy! What a cutie! He came to visit Neal Urban Studio for his modeling debut last week! He was amazing and such a calm baby. He never made a peep.

You may be wondering, why wine boxes, bottles, and corks, for this newborn... Well, this little bundle of joy belongs to one of the "Salvatore's Italian Gardens" sons'! Unfortunately, we couldn't have him surrounded by amazing food, so wine was the next best choice! And it sure was awesome.

Mom and Dad brought in the wine boxes and tons of corks. Look closely. Do you see something different about the wine boxes? We incorporated Henry's name to one, and Salvatore to the other. Just a little hint of fun!

Amazing family! Amazing baby! Amazing shoot! Congratulations!

A huge thank you to Alyssa (you all know her by now) for assisting on this shoot. She definitely is our baby whisperer! Fantastic job as always!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT THE JAPANESE GARDENS

One last image (for now) from Nadeen and Gino's engagement session. This was also done at the Japanese Gardens. Just a bit off the beaten path.

We love Japanese Maple Trees. So, it was so great to see these giant Maple Trees in bloom. Look at the color! Nadeen and Gino look perfect in front of them. This image was just fun and no direction at all. It was the two of them in their own moment! With such a pretty back drop. I even love the lamp post off to the side!

I can't wait for their wedding in October!

CHERRY BLOSSOM ENGAGEMENT SESSION

What a beautiful day we have for Nadeen and Gino's engagement session last week. It was the only day it did not rain. Thank goodness because Gino was coming in from out of town and we didn't have much wiggle room to move it.

We did their engagement session at the Buffalo History Museum and Japanese Gardens. We had to catch some of the cherry blossoms before it was too late. Luckily there was only one other photo shoot going on at the time. And it was one of our friendly photog friends. We both made sure we stayed out of each others way and we all got amazing images.

This is one of my favorites. Gino and Nadeen in their own world and surrounded by the cherry blossoms. And I love Nadeen's dress! It was perfect for this part of the shoot!

A WALK IN THE PARK

Here's an image from Nadeen and Gino's engagement session at the Buffalo History Museum and Japanese Gardens!

We wanted to incorporate the cherry blossoms, but also the Museum. Why not a simple "walk in the park". We had Nadeen and Gino walk along the path, while we shot below the hill. It was a great angle to capture everything!

UNITED WE STAND

It's May 1st and we have an announcement!

We will be offering these "United We Stand" photo sessions now through Labor day. What a great way to honor those who serve our country or have a fun, patriotic photo session!

We had these cuties in the studio for our Spring Session and had them be our models for this new session. Their father serves in the military and was just deployed the day before their Spring photos. We had to do this for him. Mom even had a pair of his boots to incorporate. 

Neal has been wanting to offer something like this for a very long time. We just never made it happen. Until now! And I think now is more important than ever before. Contact us today and come on into the studio! Props are more than welcome! (uniforms, hats, boots, props etc.) We have a lot of furniture to match.

Thank you to all of our military, law enforcement, first responders, fire fighters, and all those who serve our country! This one is for you!!

FIVE YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY SHOOT AT SALVATORE'S

Hey Monday...it's been a while. Neal and I have had a lot of things going on and posting has been really tough. Our creative juices are flowing and we are continuing to come up with awesome, new ideas. 

But, today, we say Happy 5 Year Anniversary to Vanessa and Anthony. Vanessa was our first, Disney bride you may remember. Well,their anniversary was April 14th. We are just finishing up their photo shoot (hopefully in time for Vanessa's Birthday on Tuesday).

For their photo session we went back to where the "Big Day" took place at Salvatore's Italian Gardens. We had, and always have a great time photographing Vanessa and Anthony. She wanted to go Roaring 20's style with outfits too. How fun! We can always count on Vanessa for a theme style shoot! And thank you to Anthony for going along with it too! 

Vanessa and Anthony have not been back to Salvatore's since the big rennovation and addition of the Delavan Hotel & Spa! They were amazed and so excited for the changes. It fit the photo shoot perfectly. 

This was one of my absolute favorites from the session. So fun for Anthony too! And hint hint, do you notice the pictures on the walls? We had to incorporate the amazing journey we have endured and captured with Vanessa and Anthony! We can't wait for the next adventure!
