Happy Monday! Today we bring you a stunning image of Anthony at the Tonawanda Castle.

This is definitely GQ style! Anthony and his Groomsmen got ready at the Tonawanda Castle. Neal took Anthony into another room, away from his guys (better lighting in this room), for some getting ready shots. As you can see, this is an action shot of Anthony putting his suit coat on. And what a great suit he had. I wish I could have seen it in person. It looked like it was tailored perfectly for him.

Anthony just looks like a movie star or model. Not a hair out of place either! Even though everyone is anxious to see the Bride in her wedding dress, that same attention should be paid to the Groom too! This is a huge day for them. All eyes are on them as well. Especially this guy!

SHADOW FUN AT TONAWANDA CASTLE

I love this photo from Jennifer and Anthony's wedding at the Tonawanda Castle.

One thing I really like about weddings at the Castle is you can go almost anywhere inside for photos. There are amazing rooms and hallways on the second and third floors. This spot is actually a part of the Castle I do not think I have ever been to. We have shot weddings there so many times too. Great find Neal!

How cool is Anthony's shadow on the staircase wall! It was as though this room was meant to have a shot like this. What a perfect nook for Jennifer to stand in too!

NIGHT TIME PORTRAIT AT THE CASTLE

How cool is this? Another area, this time outside of the Tonawanda Castle, Neal found for a cool image.

He was scoping out the area outside and stumbled upon this light casting a green hue on the stone walls. The first time I saw this I thought it was out of a Ghost Hunters episode or movie. Then to have the even creepier window with bars on it made it even better.

I love how Neal has this nice, intimate pose for Jennifer and Anthony. I think it looks so good with the eerie feeling setting. It makes the image still have a romantic feel.

It is always great to find new areas for photos at locations we shoot at frequently. We always want to give our clients something different and exciting. Jennifer and Anthony definitely got some different and fun images!

Neal here, this was literally the last shot of the night! After I get all of my "safe shots" then I like to play. Experiment with different lighting, backgrounds etc. What fun is it being an artist if you don't get to experiment and try new things? Throughout the day I captured a lot of bright, airy, beautiful & classic portraits of Jennifer & Anthony, so why not give them something completely different at the end of the night? If they like it, bonus! If this image spoke to Danielle and made her write a blog about it then something tells me that others will like it too! I really like it because I've never really taken anything like it before. The green lights were difficult to overcome so I had my assistant Shane light their faces with one of our lights so their skin and Jennifer's dress wasn't completely washed out in green.

FIRST DANCE AT TONAWANDA CASTLE

Jennifer and Anthony are married! They got married at the Tonawanda Castle in August! Yes we are still editing August weddings. We apologize! This is our busiest season yet and we are doing our best to edit as fast as we can! But, we will not risk quality! We need all weddings to be perfect!

I just love this first dance photo from Jennifer and Anthony! I did not work with Neal for this wedding (I was booked for another wedding), but I still went through the photos. And I loved this image (well all of them haha). I loved how the head table was at this end of the main ballroom at the Castle! I love how Neal framed in part of the balcony for this shot too! So pretty!

Getting ready, portraits, ceremony, and reception were all held at the Castle. It is an amazing location to do everything at. I think Neal knocked it out of the park too! Such great photos! Can you tell there will be more of Jennifer and Anthony in the next few days!

A GREYHOUND KIND OF WEDDING!

Wow! I want to take a quick minute to thank everyone who signed up for our Annual Christmas shoot "Photos for Toys" yesterday! We can't wait to collect so many toys! 

And we are back to weddings! Rori and Marc at The Estate at Moraine Farm! Rori and Marc rescue greyhound dogs! Here they are with their 3 pups! They are wearing racing jersey and their numbers are of the wedding day 8/5/16. How cute is that? These dogs were so good! They were a part of Rori and Marc's engagement session and we couldn't wait to capture them in some wedding portraits with Marc & Rori! 

Thank you to Rori and Marc for being such a great part of rescuing greyhounds. I know they do a lot for other greyhounds besides their own! It means so much to these dogs to be in a loving environment. And Rori and Marc defintely make that happen!

EXPECTO PATRONUM!

If you tuned in yesterday, you saw the ring shot from Ashley and Scott's wedding. It incorporated their Harry Potter wands.

Today we show you a specifically requested image by Ashley. Their reception was at Four Points by Sheraton in Niagara Falls. It is located on the water, so it was a great spot for this photo. It was a little gloomy that day. But there was some enhancement to the sky. Does anyone see a bit of the Dark Mark? I wonder if Ashley and Scott did any spells? Hhhmmm....

Now, if you follow our work, you know we do not do these kinds of images often. We normally do not add extra enhancements or photoshop things that are really not there. This was a specific request that came to Neal on the day of the wedding and there was extra time during the wedding reception to create it.

HARRY POTTER WANDS AND RINGS!

I love this! I am a Harry Potter fan, so this ring shot had to be shown. I know we haven't done too many detail blogs lately, but this was a must. 

Ashley and Scott were Harry Potter fans and told Neal they were bringing their wands for the wedding. How fun! He had to do a ring shot with them. I think that is an Elder Wand!

Ashley and Scott got married in August! They had their ceremony at Shea's Performing Arts Center. Great location for an event!

Ashley and Scott both got ready at Shea's as well. Here is mom and one of the bridesmaids helping Ashley get ready. I love how Neal took this shot from down the hallway. It was awesome they had a giant open room for her to get ready. Ashley's choice of dress was perfect for Shea's. It defintely fits the fairy tale theme! Just gorgeous!

A LITTLE LADY AND HER HATS!

Look at this cutie! Meet baby Emily!

Emily and family came to visit us at Neal Urban Studio this past week. We photographed Mom and Dad's (Katie and Chad) engagement, wedding, their first baby (Matty), and now Emily. It was such a pleasure to capture this circle of life.

For Emily, we decided to have some fun with hats! You may wonder where this idea came from. After some Facebook stalking, a few years ago, Katie and Chad went to the Kentucky Derby. And if you know anything about the Derby, it is a time to shine with a new fun hat.

Well, I have never been, but I do love hats. I brought a bunch of mine and asked Katie if she could bring hers too. She told me that she had purchased one while they were at the Derby (bottom right). And a girl can never have too many accessories!

And here you go! Emily was such a great baby too. Thank you to our assistant Alyssa for helping out. She is just amazing with newborns!
