GETTING READY AT STATLER CITY

One more from Kristin and Jared's wedding at Statler City!

When Neal and I arrived at the Statler, Kristin and her ladies were in a different room than shown here. We both took a walk around and knew right away that we needed Kristin getting ready in this room. We had to coordinate it just right too. The guys were in another room that connected to this room. Luckily, there were sliding doors that closed it off. We also had the help of one of the bridesmaids to keep watch in the hall, so Jared didn't sneak in. Great job to all those involved!

This was one of my favorite moments of the getting ready portion. Kristin's maid of honor was helping Kristin into her dress. She had a beautiful corset style dress. We then asked Kristin's mom to step in. She took Kristin by the hands and they just looked at each other. Even though you can't see, there were tears of joy and happiness. And a lot of "Don't make me cry. I don't want to ruin my make up" moments haha. 

You could tell that Kristin and her mom were very close. Their interaction was so beautiful and sincere. And I have to say, mom was super nice! She was always there if we needed anything. One of my favorite images!
